Saturday 9 September 9am-3:30pm
St Peters Lutheran College Performing Arts Centre
(PLEASE NOTE – NEW VENUE FOR 2017)
For hundreds of years, God’s people had been waiting for this moment.
Luke tells us it’s here. AT LAST the king arrives.
But he’s not what people expect. He loves the outcast. He’s scathing of religious showmanship. He heals the broken hearted. And some want him dead.
This king calls us to follow him. Nothing matters more than our response.
Come to GROW 2017 to hear Clare Deeves explain why a weary world can rejoice in Luke’s Gospel.
ABOUT CLARE DEEVES
Clare Deeves serves as a lecturer at Trinity Theological College in Western Australia where she enjoys seeing students understand how knowing our Christian heritage can help us serve Jesus now. In 2016 she developed a fascination with American politics and continues to follow developments there with unnecessary interest. She enjoys spending time with friends, very long drives, and seeing her nieces and nephew when she can.
Prices include morning tea and lunch.

If you have severe dietary requirements, please contact the organisers via firstname.lastname@example.org
