Join with other Christians from across North Queensland
to hear God’s Word and be encouraged to look to Christ in the midst of the storms of life.
This year we are excited to welcome two gifted and experienced Bible Teachers as our speakers for the conference
Richard is husband to Kim, father to Emma, Matthew and Helen, and grandad to Ezra. For the last five years, Richard has served as Principal of Brisbane School of Theology, where currently he teaches New Testament and the epistle to the Romans. Kim and Richard attend a recently planted Presbyterian church in Moorooka. Richard loves time with Kim, building stuff with timber, holidays at the beach and watching sport.
Keith Birchley has spent almost all of his public ministry with university students. After 22 years with AFES at the University of Queensland, he and his wife Marion are now in their fifth year teaching the Bible and discipling students in Port Moresby. Marion has an extensive background in children’s ministry, and was an SU Chaplain for 5 years in Brisbane, after raising three children. Two of their children still live in Brisbane, while one lives in the US with his wife and baby daughter.
